The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double with a shower and hand basin and 1 twin room. Bathroom: a compact room with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge: cosy cottage style with TV DVD Freeview and woodburner. Kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge with ice-compartment dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with patio area approached via 5 external steps up with seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking is in the nearby car park or roadside a few minutes walk away. Bed linen towels and electric included. Electric heating. Regret no smoking. 1 small/medium sized dog welcome larger dogs are by arrangement. Additional info: guests are advised that due to the character of the property the stairs are winding cottage-style making it unsuitable for toddlers and therefore no cot and highchair is provided please feel free to bring your own travel cot for babies in arms.
