A comfortably furnished and recently refurbished bungalow, presented to a very good standard throughout and with off road parking for two cars. The accommodation is just a short stroll from the local beaches of Hope Cove, the South West Coast Path, village pub and Post Office stores, and ideally suited to couples or a family with younger children. To the front of the house is a lawned area whilst the large sunny, courtyard patio to the rear has a table, chairs and steamer loungers.

LOCATION The property is just a short stroll away from the local beaches of Hope Cove, the South West Coast Path, village pub and Post Office stores. The sailing town of Salcombe and the market town of Kingsbridge, both with an array of cafes, boutiques and restaurants, are a 15 minute drive away.

KITCHEN/SITTING ROOM A side door from the drive opens into the open plan living area. The well equipped modern kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with two stools. The lounge area  has two sofas, a Lloyd Loom chair, window seats, bean bags, flatscreen TV with Freeview, iPod dock, and DVD player, and a stove effect fan heater. It enjoys relaxing views across to farmland and the Eddystone Lighthouse.

DINING ROOM With table and chairs, small sideboard and chest of drawers.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and ensuite shower room with Mira electric shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, whilst the third, twin bedroom has two single beds, single chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied.

BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot and high chair are supplied at this property

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) for the family there is a separate fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, Mira electric shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver. Separate w.c.

OUTSIDE To the South-facing front of the house is an area of lawn as well as a small patio furnished with a picnic table and garden seat. At the rear is a large sunny, secluded courtyard style patio with a table and six chairs and two steamer loungers. Barbeque available.

PARKING On the driveway for two cars.

OTHER INFORMATION Electric storage heating and hot water *one small,well behaved dog welcome by arrangement (sorry no puppies or large dogs) and to be confined to the living area only. Strictly no smoking permitted. Wirless broadband internet available (from March 2014).
