LOUNGE Cosy lounge with two three seater sofas (one of which can be pulled out to make a 5' bed), open fireplace, widescreen TV/video/DVD and radio/CD player. A library of books including an extensive choice of local/travel/walking literature, OS maps of the area and children's books. Toys and games.

CONSERVATORY The lounge extends into a centrally heated, double-glazed conservatory with armchair and occasional furniture. Sliding door to enclosed South-facing terrace.

BEDROOMS Three (all on first floor). Master bedroom with twin beds (can be made into King-size bed, please request at time of booking), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer, TV, radio/CD player and lovely sea views over the cove. Second bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and radio/CD player. Garden views. Third bedroom with full-size bunk beds, bedside table, wardrobe, small chest of drawers. N.B Duvets , pillows, bed linen, towels (except those for the beach) and tea towels provided.

BATHROOMS Fully tiled family bathroom on first floor with bath, shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Additional downstairs shower room with shower cubicle and wash hand basin.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available at the property.

OUTSIDE Well tended enclosed garden. South-facing walled terrace with picnic table. Walled patio with garden furniture and barbeque to the rear of the cottage.

PARKING Private parking space for one car, second car may be parked on the road in front of Cottage View garage.

OTHER INFORMATION The bright and spacious property has been upgraded over a number of years and is equipped to a very good standard. Carpets throughout, double glazing and oil fired central heating. Telephone and broadband internet access available (honesty box). Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but strictly on ground floor level only. Smoking is not permitted.
