A mews cottage (the middle of three) offering reverse level living accommodation and balcony to take full advantage of the stunning sea views. Parking for one car.
LOCATION An excellent coastal position within a small development of similar properties adjoining the lovely sandy beach at Thurlestone Sands. Thurlestone's famous links golf course is within a few minutes drive, as is the Thurlestone Hotel which offers tennis courts and par 3 golf course for visitors.
LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN A very pleasantly furnished open plan living area at first floor level with TV, DVD, CD/Radio, oak dining table and leather chairs. Sliding patio doors to balcony with furniture. Fitted kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge (with freezer compt), microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS Two ground floor bedrooms; one with 4'6"" double bed; one with bunk beds. N.B. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach/pool) provided.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and high chair.
SHOWER ROOM On the ground floor and comprising w.c., handbasin, shower, shaverpoint and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Large patio areas with barbeque facilities.
SWIMMING POOL (Shared) with children's area and shower facilities.
PARKING Parking for one car plus visitor parking.
OTHER INFORMATION Fully carpeted throughout. Heating by electric panel heaters and hot water by immersion heater. One well behaved small/medium sized dog permitted. Wireless broadband internet available.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to late September each year (subject to change). Please check with office for confirmed dates.
