LIVING/DINING AREA/KITCHEN A spacious and comfortably furnished living area featuring stone fireplace, coal effect gas fire, TV, DVD, video, radio/CD player, dining table and chairs, patio doors to balcony with estuary views. The open plan layout incorporates a fully fitted kitchen comprising fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven and gas hob. Door to rear patio and gardens.

BEDROOMS Four: (First Floor) Two twin bedded rooms with door to shared balcony and outdoor furniture. (Third Floor) Large master bedroom with 5' bed and en suite bathroom comprising w.c., hand basin and bath. Further bedroom with 5' double bed. N.B. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided - tenants require own beach towels and tea towels.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite, two further bathrooms, both with w.c, hand basin and bath with shower mixer attachment.

UTILITY ROOM (Ground floor) Washing machine/dryer.

OUTSIDE Patio and gardens with occasional furniture, barbeque and sun deck.
