LOCATION Beesands is a family orientated village with a local park (with swings and slide), bird sanctuary, small cafe/seafood shop and popular pub, The Cricket Inn. It offers the perfect base for walking, shore fishing and exploring the narrow country lanes and coastal paths. The market town of Kingsbridge is within a 15 minute drive whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of Salcombe and East Portlemouth are approximately 5 miles away.

VIEWS Superb views out to sea from the lounge, front bedroom and front terrace.

ENTRANCE The cottage entrance leads directly into a good sized sitting room at ground floor level with level access to the kitchen and bathroom and one step up to the bedrooms.

LOUNGE Tiled flooring, two comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player and CD/radio/MP3 stereo.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well equipped kitchen has fitted units, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. (NB The garage houses a shared washing machine). Small dining table with four chairs. Door to rear garden and garage.

BEDROOMS Two in total. A double bedroom with wardrobe and shelves in cupboard and a twin bedroom with wardrobe and drawers. NB All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

BATHROOM The bath room has a shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the front of the apartment is a terrace with table and chairs overlooking Beesands beach and the sea beyond. Private rear courtyard with garden area (shared with two other apartments).

PARKING* Usually available in unallocated bays on the seafront directly in front of the property. Additional parking available in the village.

OTHER INFORMATION Mostly tiled flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Under floor heating. One large or two small well-behaved dogs permitted. Strictly no smoking.
