Situated in a central location in the pretty village of Hope Cove, and within a  minutes walk of the sandy beaches, shop, restaurant, pub and the Cottage Hotel, Ocean View is perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable and well equipped coastal holiday property.

N.B. Ocean View and Atlantic Lodge are on a shared drive, and are available individually or together for a larger family or group looking for adjacent accommodation (can sleep 16 in total).

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table and chairs. Door leading out to side terrace and drying line.

LOUNGE Light and airy with double-glazed French doors leading out to the terrace. Comfortable sofas and chairs, 37" LCD TV with Freeview, DVD, video and CD hi-fi. Feature open stone fireplace (not in use) with marble mantle and hearth.

BEDROOMS Four in total. Master bedroom with King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and en suite - featuring corner power shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Second double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both twin rooms, each with wardrobes. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels.

BATHROOM Fully refurbished bathroom with thermostatic shower, bath, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.

CLOAKROOM Separate cloakroom in hallway/lobby with w.c. and basin.

OUTSIDE Expansive terrace area with protective glass balustrading offering clear and uninterrupted views. Table with chairs - built in barbeque. Beyond the terrace is a large sloping lawn with mature flower beds. (N.B. Although naturally divided by steps down to the bottom of the garden this area is essentially 'shared' with tenants of 'Atlantic Lodge').

PARKING Parking for up to two cars.
