This petfriendly property is presented to a very good standard throughout and has the benefit of up to three parking spaces. The comfortable and flexible living accommodation is well equipped whilst the large garden and patio are ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. There is quick and easy access to the South West Coast Path providing beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages, with golf available nearby at Thurlestone and at Bigbury.

ENTRANCE Through a porch, into a hallway. Doors with access to a downstairs w.c., sitting room and kitchen/dining room.

SITTING ROOM Divided into two areas. A quiet area for reading with comfy chair, rocking chair  and large cushions. Two double-sofas provide comfortable seating for watching the television, DVD player, video, Sky satellite system and CD/stereo. Large wall cabinet well stocked with books.

DINING ROOM/KITCHEN Large oak dining table with eight wicker chairs. Black, slate flooring throughout the kitchen and dining area. Modern kitchen with central breakfast bar, two stools and cupboard storage. Appliances include 4-ring ceramic hob, electric fan assisted oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. Small utility area/cloakroom to the side of the kitchen that can also be used as an entrance.

BEDROOMS Four in total - all on the first floor. Master bedroom has sea view glimpses, a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. En suite bathroom with large shower unit and 'rain' shower head, wash hand-basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. Twin bedroom with single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, mirror. Third bedroom has full-size bunk beds with storage under and a wardrobe. Fourth bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside unit and lamps, wash hand basin, shaver point and light. N.B Duvets, pillows and linen provided - tenants require all towels.  

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available at property.

BATHROOM Two in total. In addition to the en suite (above) a large family bathroom with a roll-top bath with mixer tap shower attachment, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., shaver point and light.

OUTSIDE Large garden with lawn and patio with garden furniture.

PARKING Parking for three cars including one garage space.  

OTHER INFORMATION Wooden flooring downstairs and in the bedrooms with carpeted stairs and landing. Hot water and central heating provided by oil-fired burner. *One well behaved dog permitted in kitchen only.
