A fully refurbished and very well presented stone cottage ideal for a couple or young family. The property is just a short level walk to Salcombe's town centre with its array of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and delightful waterfront. Allocated parking is usually available nearby and a number of fine sandy beaches can be reached from the town via small passenger ferries. The property offers a comfortable and stylish open plan living space, along with a terrace to the front of the cottage for dining al fresco, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Broadband Internet is also available.

LOCATION Island Street is within a few minutes level walk of Salcombe town centre with its array of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and delightful waterfront. The long-stay car park is close by and a number of fine sandy beaches can be reached from the town via small passenger ferries.

KITCHEN/ DINING/SITTING ROOM The cottage entrance leads directly into a fully fitted modern and well equipped kitchen with four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, larder fridge/freezer, small washing machine and dishwasher.  White dining table with four folding chairs. The sitting area has one large double sofa, window seat, poufe, director's chair and sideboard with drawers and baskets. Flatscreen, wall-mounted TV with Freeview and DVD player.

BEDROOMS Two, both on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double bed (access from one side only) with hanging hooks.  The second bedroom has two wooden framed single beds, bedside unit, small chest of drawers and hanging hooks. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided - tenants require all towels.

BATHROOM Fully tiled modern bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a terrace with table and four chairs.

PARKING A weekly pass (for the long-stay car park nearby) is available to purchase from our office at an additional cost.

OTHER INFORMATION Mostly tiled flooring on the ground floor with carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms.  Gas-fired central heating and hot water.  Strictly no smokers. For reasons of comfort this cottage is limited to a maximum of two adults only. Broadband Internet is available.
