Thurlestone Rock is a development of spacious marine apartments with shared outdoor heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views across and over the beach at Thurlestone Sands towards Bigbury Bay. Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments have three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car.

Apartment 2 (Ground Floor)

A light and spacious ground floor apartment with panoramic sea views from the living room and master bedroom. The accommodation is well equipped, tastefully furnished and has been regularly improved and updated to maintain an excellent standard throughout. There is a large patio with private steps leading down to the beach. It is an ideal base for golf, tennis, water-sports and rock pooling!

ACCOMMODATION A spacious family sized ground floor apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and master bedroom; large patio with furniture and private steps leading down to the beach.

KITCHEN Well equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, extractor, combi microwave/oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

UTILITY ROOM Adjoining kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM This room has two leather sofas and armchair, 32" Flat Screen TV with Freeview, DVD, dining table and doors to the patio with table and chairs and panoramic ocean views. Telephone and internet connection point.

BEDROOMS Three in total - the master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, Flat Screen TV with Freeview and en suite bathroom with wc, bath and power shower, sea views and door to patio. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOMS Two - one en suite to master bedroom and a family bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaverpoint and heated towel rail.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.

OTHER  Fully double glazed with gas central heating.
