LOCATION Within a two minute walk of Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants.

VIEWS Superb views across the estuary from the lounge and balcony towards the beaches at East Portlemouth. Further views over the main anchorage and beyond Snapes Point towards South Pool Creek.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN A large open plan area at second floor level with two large sofas, TV, video, DVD, wood effect flooring and full width sliding patio doors leading onto a substantial balcony with barbeque and outdoor furniture. Fully fitted kitchen area comprises electric cooker, microwave, fridge and separate large freezer.

BEDROOMS On the first floor are three bedrooms; one with 4'6" double bed, fitted shelves and wardrobe, TV and estuary views; second bedroom with twin 3' beds, period cast iron fireplace, fitted wardrobe and shelves; third bedroom with 3' single bed, TV and estuary views. N.B. Pillows and duvets provided (tenants require own linen and towels)

N.B. As of the 1st January 2013 linen is provided. Tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels
