KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Large, open plan area with superb New England 'shaker' style oak kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The 25' lounge/dining area features a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire, two comfortable sofas and armchair, TV with FreeSat, video, DVD and  Bose iPod docking station. Dining table and six chairs. Double french doors open out to a good sized balcony with excellent views over the town towards Batson Creek.

BEDROOMS Two: Large double bedroom with double bed (can be twin), built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver point, light and heated towel rail. Second bedroom with two single beds, linen cupboard and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.

SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

OUTSIDE Balcony with small patio style table and two chairs.

PARKING Secure covered parking for 2 cars in car park and lock-up storage area.
