Combehaven is a development of luxury houses and apartments set in private, landscaped grounds on the site of the former Methodist Church, and within easy walking distance of Salcombe's shops, restaurants and stunning estuary.

VIEWS of the estuary from lounge, bedroom and balcony.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE Open plan area with superb New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double sofas, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Double French doors open out to the balcony with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek. (N.B. A folding dining table and chairs is located in the entrance hallway).

BEDROOMS Three in total. Large bedroom with king-size double bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room with under floor heating, power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c, shaver-point, light and heated towel rail. Further large bedroom with double bed. Third large bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, and Tea Towels are provided - tenants require towels

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room is a further bathroom with bath, hand held shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

OUTSIDE Balcony with tables and chairs.

PARKING For two cars in covered car park.
