Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .

The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment.

Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away.

Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times.

For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Guests staying at most of our Dart Marina properties can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa*, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxtion areas.Beauty treatments from Elemis can be pre-booked, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.

ACCOMMODATION A stunning first floor luxury apartment with wonderful river views

ENTRANCE One flight of stairs or a good sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway with model ship and cupboard/shelf unit.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylishly elegant lounge with nautical themed artwork and large model of a Baltic trading schooner!  Two large comfortable sofas, glass coffee table, flatscreen television with Freesat, DVD player and surround sound system, and pebble effect fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. Glass dining table with four chairs and stunning 'internal balcony' area offering lovely views up and down the River Dart and across to Kingswear. Glass desk with wooden drawers. Wireless broadband access is sometimes available in the property via a 3rd Party supplier 'Wi-fi Spark' (charges applicable).

KITCHEN Stunning, state-of-the-art kitchen, with large picture window to take in the superb river views.  Good range of Poggenphol units, integrated Smeg appliances including magnificent 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and stone worktops.

BEDROOMS The master suite has a leather-framed super-King size bed (6'), oak bedside units, built-in wardrobes, oak drawers, flatscreen TV and window seat. Beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom with Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), and spacious seperate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom is a twin room with two leather-framed single beds, oak bedside units, built-in wardrobes, red leather bucket chair and drawers.

BATHROOMS In addition to the En suite (above) is a lovely family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, heated towel rail, Shaver point and light. Bathrooms are beautifully presented with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
