This cosy cottage is located in the pretty village of Tuckenhay, within walking distance of the River Dart, two local pubs and overlooking National Trust woodland. The property has been beautifully presented and is ideally suited to families or one-two couples, providing the perfect base to explore the stunning South Devon coastline and the nearby picturesque market towns.

LOCATION Within walking distance of the River Dart and overlooking National Trust woodland in the pretty village of Tuckenhay. The highly acclaimed 'Maltsters Arms' is just a short stroll away whilst the equally popular 'Watermans Arms' at Bow Bridge is a pleasant 15 minute walk. The properties provide the perfect base to explore the beautiful South Hams whilst the South Devon coastline is just 20 minutes away. The market towns of Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and the Dartmoor National Park are also close by. There are several very attractive golf courses nearby at Thurlestone, Bigbury, Churston and Dartmouth Country Club.

Open plan kitchen equipped with four-ring electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave. French windows onto decked yard with outdoor table, seating and barbeque.

BEDROOMS Three on the 1st floor. One large room with King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, hanging space and armchair.  A twin room with two full sized single beds, bedside table and lamp and small chest. Small single room (suitable for a child only) with bed and bedside table and lamp.  On the 2nd floor is a fourth bedroom - a ensuite bedroom with King size bed, bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe with ensuite shower room with electric shower, w.c and hand basin.  N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels. 

BATHROOM On first floor with oak floor, bath, wash hand basin and w.c.

OUTSIDE There is a delightful sun terrace patio with tables and chairs overlooking the sloping garden which leads down to the River Wash.

PARKING For two cars.
