A lovely terraced 'baby/child friendly' cottage apartment furnished and presented to a very good standard throughout to provide attractive holiday accommodation arranged over two levels (the lower two of four). The property is situated in a quiet, mainly residential and central area of Dartmouth, within a short walk of the town's many boutiques, restaurants and galleries, and the River Dart estuary. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a three tiered area of terrace and garden, with table and chairs.

ENTRANCE The front door of the cottage is at the upper level on Southford Road although normal access is via the parking and tiered garden area (off Lake Street) below. The rear entrance leads into a glazed lobby/conservatory hallway off which is the master bedroom and kitchen/dining room.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM At lower ground floor level is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with a natural wooden flooring. Fully fitted with units, storage space, gas range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and MP3 docking unit. Dining table and two large benches to seat six comfortably. Stairs (with a fitted stairgate) lead to the upper level.  

SITTING ROOM Very well presented and comfortable room with views over the town. Two leather sofas, tables, flatscreen TV (with Sky Freesat) and DVD player. Also now with Nintendo Wii and games.

BEDROOMS Three in total. On the upper level is a good-sized room with double bed, bed side units and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with full sized bunk beds and chest of drawers. On the lower level (off the conservatory) is the master bedroom with double bed, bedside units and En suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail (wardrobe available in adjacent conservatory). N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels except those for the beach - are provided.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel Cot,Child's buggy and highchair are available plus Children's plates, cutlery and steriliser for the microwave. Stair Gate.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom (off sitting room) with bath, shower (over), w.c. and wash-hand basin.

OUTSIDE To the rear of the cottage is 3 tiered area of terrace and garden. The top level has a table and chairs, the second has a spacious decking area whilst the lower level of garden has flower-beds and shrubs.

PARKING For two cars (small-medium) - one car in the garage and another in front of the garage off Lake Street.

OTHER INFORMATION The apartmnent has gas fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Smokers and pets not permitted.
