SITTING ROOM/BEDROOM 3 On ground floor with double sofa, 3' stacker bed, TV/ DVD with freeview.

LOUNGE On top floor with sofas, chairs, TV with Sky +, DVD, hi-fi, tiled floor balcony leading off with table and chairs.

KITCHEN Fully refurbished kitchen on the ground floor. Spacious and well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob and extractor hood, dining table and chairs.

BEDROOMS Bedroom 1- with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath, electric shower over, w.c. and hand basin. Bedroom 2 - with 3ft twin beds.

N.B.
