Thurlestone Rock is a development of spacious marine apartments with shared outdoor heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views across and over the beach at Thurlestone Sands towards Bigbury Bay. Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments has three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car.

Apartment 1 (Ground Floor)

A very comfortable and well-equipped 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with wide, ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The property is tastefully furnished and presented to a good standard throughout. It has a large patio with steps down to the beach and easy access to the swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION A ground floor spacious apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and master bedroom and a large patio with occasional furniture and steps leading down to the beach. Wi-Fi available.

LIVING/DINING ROOM A large comfortable room with two sofas, dining table and TV with DVD player, Patio doors.

KITCHEN Fully fitted with electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar and stools.

UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a King-size bed, with fitted wardrobe, digital TV and en suite with bath with power shower over,  hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe, whilst the third is also a twin room with full length 2'6" single beds, wardrobe and desk. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants will require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, w.c., hand-basin and heated towel rail.

OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband available.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from mid-May to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.
