ENTRANCE The main entrance door leads into the attractive hallway with double glass doors into the lounge.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A spacious, light room with two sofas, chairs, TV, DVD, CD/Radio, games, and library of books, DVD's and CD's. Dining table and chairs. The lounge overlooks the front garden and views.

CONSERVATORY with large breakfast table and six chairs. To one side is a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The conservatory leads into private lawned back garden with rotary clothes dryer.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom, overlooking back garden, is twin-bedded. The third bedroom has comfortable 3' bunk beds. N.B. All duvets and pillows provided. Tenants require bed linen and towels (available to hire from Travelite, call 01548 843578 or email Travelite@coastandcountry.co.uk.) Travel cot & highchair provided.
BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin and w.c. There is a separate cloakroom (next to main bathroom) with w.c. and wash hand basin.
OUTSIDE Good area of garden to the front of the property, laid mainly to lawn, including sun terrace. To the rear is a small private garden. Lawn to the side with garden furniture and barbeque.
PARKING Off-road parking for up to two cars.
OTHER INFORMATION The property is mainly carpeted throughout and enjoys the benefits of double glazing and oil fired central heating/hot water. Payphone available. Regret no smokers. *One well behaved dog permitted out of season (October - February inclusive).
