A two-storey apartment (ground and first floor) situated close to the town centre with easy access from pretty Buckley Street to Salcombe's picturesque waterfront, shops, pubs and restaurants. The tastefully presented accommodation has been fully refurbished in recent years to a very good standard throughout and is an ideal base for families or up to three couples.

LOCATION Situated in the middle of Buckley Street close to the centre of the town, within easy access of Salcombe's famous waterfront, and renowned shops, pubs and restaurants.

LOUNGE /DINING ROOM Double doors lead from the front hallway to an extremely spacious comfortably furnished lounge with sofas, chairs, widescreen TV, DVD, CD hi-fi, and dining table with six chairs.

KITCHEN At the rear of the building there is a fully fitted kitchen comprising fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven and four-ring gas hob. There are patio doors which open onto a small patio. Steps leading from the patio, give rear access to a courtyard leading to Church Street. There is a separate utility room off the kitchen with a washing and drying machine.

CLOAKROOM Situated on the ground floor with a separate W.C. and wash basin.

BEDROOMS Three in total (all on the upper level). The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and en suite bathroom comprising shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Bedrooms two and three are both twin rooms, each with two 3ft single beds and built-in wardrobes. N.B. All bed linen is provided - tenants will need to bring towels and tea towels.
