LOCATION The apartment is located on the corner of Foss Street (above a jewellers shop and opposite the 'Dolphin' pub), with its array of boutiques, cafes and galleries. Dartmouth's stunning waterfront is just a few minutes walk away whilst the Start Bay coastline can be reached quickly by car.

ENTRANCE A ground floor entrance leads into a communal area - stairs lead up to the apartment.

SITTING/DINING ROOM The sitting area has a double leather sofa, leather chair, TV with Freeview, DVD player, feature fireplace and occasional furniture. Dining table with four chairs. Off the sitting room is the kitchen.

KITCHEN A well equipped modern kitchen area with fitted units, oak worktops, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave.

BEDROOMS Two in total. A spacious master bedroom has a King size double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside units, leather chair and flatscreen TV with freeview. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds, bedside unit and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have windows overlooking Foss Street. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied.

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 29th March 2014 for 6 months.
