Ringmore Cottage is a small but well presented semi-detached house for one couple only. The accommodation was refurbished in recent years to a good standard throughout and is ideally located just a few short yards from Salcombe town centre and waterfront.

LOCATION This compact cottage is conveniently located on Market Street within a stone's throw of Salcombe's famous waterfront, boutiques, cafes and restaurants.

VIEWS There is a peak of the estuary from the first floor bedroom.

ENTRANCE The entrance doorway leads directly from Market Street into the ground floor living accommodation

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM The kitchen is equipped with a range of fitted units, granite worktop, 4-ring electric hob and oven, fridge and microwave.  The sitting area has a good sized, comfortable double sofa, TV/DVD player and digital radio with iPod dock.  There is also a folding dining table with two chairs.  A narrow spiral staircase leads up to the first floor.

EN SUITE BEDROOM The narrow spiral staircase leads directly into the first floor bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV and window with estuary views.   The en suite shower room has a tiled shower cubicle, vanity unit and w.c. Please be aware that Ringmore Cottage is a traditional harbour cottage and so the bathroom is compact. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied.

PARKING The long-stay car park is approximately 5 minutes away - weekly parking permits are available for £32.00 and can be purchased from Coast & Country Cottages office on arrival.  Free parking is usually available at the upper end of Devon Road which is approximately 15 minutes walk from the property.

OTHER INFORMATION Quarry tiles on the ground floor with wooden flooring upstairs.  Electric storage heating throughout with hot water via immersion heater.  Strictly no smoking.  Full laundry service available throughout your stay at extra cost, please contact the office for details
