A very comfortable and well equipped first floor apartment with good estuary views and allocated parking for one car, maximum of two adults plus two small children (or three adults) only. The property is in an excellent location at the lower end of the town, just a five minute walk from the shops, restaurants and pretty waterfront.
LOCATION At the lower end of the town (at the apex of Allenhayes Road and Onslow Road) just 5 minutes walk from the main shops, restaurants and waterfront.
VIEWS Good estuary views from lounge and bedroom.
ENTRANCE/HALLWAY Entrance hallway with room for coats, buggies etc.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM/KITCHEN Dual aspect lounge/dining room with large TV, video, DVD, Radio/ipod player, double sofa-bed (suitable for 1 adult or two young children), 2 wicker armchairs and pine dresser. Dining area opens out into galley kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, oven, washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave and fridge (with freezer compartment) with seating specifically designed to maximise the estuary views. Sliding patio doors to ornamental balcony.
BEDROOM Good sized bedroom with King-size bed, dressing table, units and fitted wardrobe.
N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels.
