Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishly finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .

The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment.

Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away.

Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times.

For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Guests staying at most of our Dart Marina properties can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa*, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxtion areas.Beauty treatments from Elemis can be pre-booked, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.

APARTMENT 9, DART MARINA (2ND FLOOR)

A very spacious, luxury apartment. Formerly the show apartment for the development, this property consequently boasts additional interior design features.

ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs or a good sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylishly elegant lounge with double sofa, two armchairs, footstool, widescreen television with  freeview and a music system. Pebble effect fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. Round oak dining table and four chairs. Stunning 'internal balcony' area overlooking the river and offering lovely views up and down the river and across to Kingswear.

KITCHEN Stunning, state of the art kitchen, with Poggenphol units, integrated Smeg appliances including magnificent 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and stone worktops.

BEDROOMS The master suite has a super king size bed, bedside units, built in wardrobes, dressing table, chair, stool and dressing table. Beautiful, fully tiled En suite bathroom with Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), and spacious seperate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, Shaver point and light. The second bedroom is a twin room with two full size single beds (which can be zipped together if requested to form a super king), bedside units, built in wardrobes, chair and dressing table.

BATHROOMS In addition to the En suite (above) is a lovely family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, heated towel rail, Shaver point and light. Bathrooms are beautifully presented with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool.
