the delights of the town throughout the year but particularly during the famed Dartmouth Regatta, offering fabulous views over the River Dart and out to sea.

Dartview is a three-storey coastal house converted into six individual holiday properties and is an attractive landmark in this popular area of the town. Dartview is set in the very heart of Dartmouth with easy access to all local facilities including restaurants, shops, galleries and pubs - the picturesque waterfront is within just a few minutes level walk.

ACCOMMODATION A fully refurbished and renovated first floor flat very well presented throughout and ideally set up for a couple or family with younger children.

ENTRANCE From Newcomen Road there is a communal entrance to Dartview and two short flights of stairs up to the property.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A bright and airy open plan room with stunning views. The galley kitchen is modern and very well equipped with electric fan oven, grill and four-ring hob with extractor over, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards and worktop space. The sitting/dining area has two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, with glass-topped dining table and four chairs in front of the bay window.

BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and en suite shower room with shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. The second bedroom has full sized bunk beds.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. There are two large built-in wardrobes with shelving in the adjacent hallway.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a further bathroom, situated off the main hallway, with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 28th March 2014 for 6 months.

OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi boiler. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
