LIVING/BEDROOM A good sized, comfortable room combining living and sleeping quarters! Pine double bed with fold-away bed in cupboard for third person or child, two comfortable armchairs, bedside unit, pine table with three chairs and digital TV/DVD. Large picture-window with estuary views. Storage cupboard/wardrobe. Separate sliding doors leading to kitchen and bathroom respectively.

BATHROOM With bath, electric shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.

OUTSIDE Patio with table and chairs. 

PARKING At rear of property.

OTHER INFORMATION Electric heating. Hot water by immersion. Telephone available for incoming calls. Please note there is a slope down to the property from the parking area at the rear of the property. If accessing the property from Devon Road there are some steps.
