BATHROOM In addition to the master bedroom en suite shower room, the family bathroom consists of freestanding ball and claw bath, w.c. wash hand-basin and a fully tiled double shower cubicle. Wooden flooring and a sash window with views.

OUTSIDE Accessed via steps from the kitchen side door. Large decked terrace with wooden safety railing -  fantastic river views. Steps down from decking area to the remainder of the landscaped garden.

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 28th March 2014 for 6 months. There is also parking for a small car in a single garage located in Lake Street.
