Ocean's Edge is a stunning development of luxury ocean front apartments, right on the water's edge and with shared use of a delightful heated swimming pool. The apartments all have allocated parking but are just a short walk from the beach at Thurlestone Sands and adjacent to the South West Coast Path whilst the historic villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove are both nearby.

ACCOMMODATION A first floor luxury apartment, presented to a very high standard and tastefully furnished throughout.

VIEWS Spectacular views over Thurlestone Sands and out to sea from all rooms.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A spacious, attractive, open plan living area with wonderful sea views. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, footstool, telescope, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. A glazed door leads to the balcony. Dining table and four chairs. Contemporary kitchen with fitted units, granite worktop, ceramic hob, electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

UTILITY AREA Cupboard in hallway houses a washer/dryer.

BEDROOMS Two in total. A good sized master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and doors out to balcony. The second bedroom has a King-size bed (that can be divided to provide two x 2'6" single beds on request), wall mounted TV, fitted cupboards and glazed doors that open to a safety balcony. Fully tiled en suite shower room with shower, basin and w.c. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.

BATHROOM Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE Balcony off lounge area with table and two chairs.

PARKING For one car plus visitor bays.

OTHER INFORMATION Mainly tiled throughout and underfloor heating in all rooms. Access via lift or stairs to first floor. Telephone available. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Swimming pool opens 24th May 2014 and closes 12th September 2014.
