Covered designated parking for one car only per apartment is available at Crabshell Quay, with on street parking usually available nearby. The Quay public car park is approximately 5 minutes walk away.

Apartment 2 (Ground Floor)

This beautifully presented ground floor apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. All rooms are very well equipped with tastefully selected furniture and accessories. The living area has French doors leading out to the sunny terrace which offers a lovely vantage point to watch the world pass by on the tidal estuary. A waterside path leads to nearby Kingsbridge town centre whilst the superb beaches at Start Bay, Thurlestone, Hope Cove and Salcombe are just a short drive away.

Apartment 2 (Ground Floor)

ACCOMMODATION A well presented ground floor apartment furnished and equipped to a high standard.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM Open plan living area with beautifully crafted kitchen, incorporating granite work-surfaces, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave (washing machine and tumble dryer in hall cupboard). The dining area has a circular table and chairs. The sitting area has a large sofa, armchair, television and DVD player.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has stunning estuary views, double bed, two chairs, bedside unit, drawers, built-in mirrored wardrobes and small en suite shower room, comprising power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.  Bedroom two also has a double bed, chair, bedside units, drawers and built-in mirrored wardrobes. The third bedroom has a 2' 6" single bed (suitable for children only), bedside unit, chest of drawers and bookcase . N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE Doors out from the sitting area to a private terrace with table and chairs - a delightful suntrap from which to watch the wildlife and ever changing tidal estuary.

PARKING Covered designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers permitted). On street parking is available within 100 yards away (subject to use). Alternatively you can use the Quay public car park which is a 5 minute walk away.
