A detached, split level house, the main living space is situated on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning panoramic sea views, from Sharpitor to Prawle Point and beyond. This spacious house is ideally set up for families or a large group, and is comfortably furnished - it even has a Games Room with a table tennis table and a small pool table for the occasional rainy day! Situated in a quiet residential area in the town, above North Sands beach, the house has mature gardens and off road parking.

DINING AREA with table and chairs. Door to balcony with table and chairs.

LOUNGE Large room on first floor. Digital HD TV with Freeview, video and DVD.

BEDROOMS Four in total. One double and one twin with 3' beds on first floor. One twin with 3' beds and one with full size bunk beds on ground floor. N.B. Duvets, pillows and all bed linen provided but tenants will need to bring their own towels.

BATHROOMS Two; one on first floor with hand basin, bath and hand shower; separate w.c. with hand basin. One on the ground floor with bath, separate power shower, hand basin and shaver point; separate w.c. and hand basin.

UTILITY ROOM Washing machine and tumble dryer.

GAMES ROOM Table tennis and small Pool table.

OUTSIDE Tiered lawn areas to the rear of the house.

PARKING Ample parking in a private pull-in off Main Road. Access by steps and a path up to the property.

Strictly no pets or smoking allowed. Property approached via a number of steps (15) and a winding path, moderately steep in places.
