Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .

The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment.

Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away.

Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times.

For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Guests staying at most of our Dart Marina properties can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa*, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxtion areas.Beauty treatments from Elemis can be pre-booked, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.

Apartment 36 (3rd Floor)

ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs or good-sized lift lead up to the apartment door followed by a short flight of stairs which open out into the hallway. A small UTILITY ROOM houses a washer/dryer.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A delightful open-plan room with panoramic river views.  Stunning, state-of-the-art kitchen with Poggenphol units, integrated Smeg appliances including 4-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and stone worktops. A stylishly elegant lounge has two large double sofas, coffee table, two armchairs and flatscreen television. The dining area has a square wooden dining table and two chairs.

BEDROOM The master suite has a King size bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. A travel cot and highchair are available for use on request.  There is also a double-sofa bed available in the lounge to sleep an extra one/two adults (at an additional £100.00 per week - please contact the Dartmouth office if required).

BATHROOMS A beautiful bathroom has a Kadelwei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and light.

WIFI  Wireless broadband internet is available.

DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying.
