A well presented, traditional terraced cottage, offering holiday accommodation ideal for couples or a young family. The property is well equipped and boasts pleasant views of the town and estuary from the sunny decking areas, lounge and master bedroom. It is centrally situated within just a short walk (via the rear access on Baptist Lane) of the town centre, shops, restaurants, harbour and waterfront.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Open plan room. Fully refurbished kitchen with granite worktops, gas hob, electric oven and fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large integral fridge/freezer. Pine dining table and chairs. Comfortable lounge with sofas and chairs, TV, DVD, CD Player, iPod docking unit.
BEDROOMS Two in total both on the first floor. Master bedroom with double bed and cupboard. Twin bedroom with 2' 9" French beds and cupboard. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. Travel cot and high chair provided.
BATHROOM On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath, seperate shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE To the front are two enclosed timber sun decks with lovely views. Table and chairs. Access to and from the property via Devon Road or Baptist Lane.
PARKING Free parking is usually available at the higher end of Devon Road (5-10 minutes walk) - alternatively a weekly parking pass can be purchased for the car park at Batson Creek.
N.B. There are a number of steep steps leading down to the property from Devon Road - please call the Salcombe Office for further information.
