Halwell House is within walking distance of the pretty village of South Pool and just 10 minutes from the market town of Kingsbridge and the stunning Start Bay coastline - a five minute stroll leads you to the pretty woods and estuary at Halwell Bay and is perfectly located for families to enjoy using the Island Cruising Club.

ENTRANCE The inner entrance leads directly up one set of stairs to the apartment.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A fully refurbished and well presented open plan room with original cross beams and other features. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a range of fitted units. Large mahogany dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a cream leather suite, coffee table, television, DVD/CD player (with a good supply of DVD's and CD's), and lovely window seat overlooking the gardens.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with King size ornate metal-framed bed, chest of drawers and cupboard with hanging rail and shelves. *There is a second bedroom with two single beds, small portable TV/video, wardrobe and drawers available on request at extra cost - £100/week. NB All bed linen, duvets and pillows provided. Towels can be supplied at an extra cost, please enquire at time of booking.
BATHROOM With rose pink suite featuring bath, electric shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
OUTSIDE Set in five and a half acres of landscaped grounds and gardens which surround the house. A large level lawned area suitable for croquet, badminton and ball games, a BBQ patio and beautiful wooded walks with a view to the estuary for you to enjoy.
PARKING For one car in allocated parking area - additional space available in the visitors bay.
OTHER INFORMATION The apartment is fully carpeted throughout with electric heating and hot water via immersion. Strictly no pets or smoking permitted. There is a communal washing machine and tumble dryer.
