A traditional mid terraced cottage over two floors with delightful views of the River Dart and Kingswear, extensively renovated and tastefully refurbished to a high standard in recent years. Situated in a quiet location overlooking the town and just a three minute walk to the centre of Dartmouth with its array of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants.

LOCATION A quiet location overlooking the town, approximately half-way up Crowthers Hill - quick access (3 minutes walk) to the centre of Dartmouth with its famous array of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The beautiful river estuary is less than 1/4  mile from the cottage.

VIEWS Excellent views of the River Dart and Kingswear from the master bedroom, balcony and delightful garden/decking area.

ENTRANCE From Crowthers Hill steps lead up to a covered entrance and access into the sitting room.

SITTING ROOM A comfortable cottage sitting room with contemporary styling. Modern gas fire, two seater armchair, two easy chairs, colour television and DVD player, and coffee table. Wooden flooring throughout.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Small but well-equipped kitchen with wooden flooring. Four-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine. Small dining table and chairs. Large skylight allows plenty of daylight into the area. Door out to garden and decking area.

BEDROOMS Two in total, both on the first floor. Master bedroom with 4'6'' double bed, bedside tables, large cupboard/wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. Double doors open out onto a private/secluded balcony with views over the River Dart. Second bedroom with a double bed, chest-of-drawers and bedside table. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

SHOWER ROOM Located next to the bedrooms with shower cubicle, wash hand-basin and w.c.

OUTSIDE Stylish garden to the rear with raised beds, and decking area. Garden furniture and sun loungers.

PARKING Parking usually available nearby on Crowthers Hill or Jawbones Hill (approx 100 yards away)

DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying at 31 Crowther Hill. Please check details with the office.

OTHER INFORMATION The cottage has wooden floors throughout and the benefit of full gas central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets. Regrettably children under five years of age are not permitted.
