ACCOMMODATION Recently converted from the existing stables and tack room, Stables Cottage is one of two magnificent Grade II listed barn conversions providing superb accommodation. Both have been furnished to the very highest standards with sumptuous settees, rustic pine furniture, hand crafted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, underfloor heating, Karndean tile flooring and flat screen TV's and DVD with cinema surround sound.

The front door of Stables Cottage gives access directly into a warm and welcoming traditional hallway - the ground floor cloak room with heated illuminated mirror and heated towel rail has a separate room that accommodates the washing machine and tumble dryer.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM An impressive family room includes comfortable sitting area to relax or watch TV. Leather covered dining chairs and a church pew style bench around a substantial pine dining table.

KITCHEN Bespoke hand made pine kitchen is equipped to a very high standard featuring a modern range with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms; the ground floor master bedroom has a king-size carved bed a southerly aspect and flat-screened TV. Beautiful en suite shower room with magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The first floor second bedroom has a double pine bed and en suite shower room with magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The third bedroom, also on first floor has twin carved single beds whilst the fourth bedroom is ideally set up for children, with bunk beds, TV, DVD and a CD stereo which plays music in to the family bathroom as well.  Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 6 adults and 2 children or for 6 adults, 1 child and 1 child in an travel cot.

BATHROOMS In addition to the two en suites is a superb family bathroom complete with whirlpool bath, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
