The spacious property is perfect for families; the comfortable lounge has a wonderful woodburning stove for cosy evenings and a toy box with board games and books to entertain the children! Outside is a South facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and there is also a small lawned area. The cottage is situated in a peaceful area of Salcombe only a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of the town and the waterfront.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM A well equipped kitchen, comprising 4-ring gas hob, electric oven and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. Circular breakfast table that seats four people.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A comfortable well decorated L-shaped lounge with wood burning stove, two 2-seater sofas, cane armchair, TV with freesat, video, DVD, Playstation and mini CD hi-fi. There is also a toy box with board games and children's books/videos provided for the younger members of the party. Old pine dining table with seating for six people.

BEDROOMS Three, all with stripped pine flooring. Bedroom 1 with a 4'6"pine double bed, pine wardrobes and an en suite shower room with Mira shower, w.c. and hand basin. Bedroom 2 with twin 3' pine beds, wardrobes and pine chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 on the top floor with twin 3' pine beds and views towards Batson. N.B. Duvets, pillows and bed linen included.
