CHARMING DETACHED LODGE IN VILLAGE LOCATION This superb lodge sits in the pretty and unspoilt village of Newton Ferrers a favourite for sailors with a slipway and mooring for boats as well as a great pub shop and tea room. The lodge is situated towards the end of a small park of around a dozen lodges with views towards the fields just a short stroll to the village amenities and small harbour. Enjoy at stroll to the local pub serving food which overlooks the beautiful Newton Creek. There is also a seasonal ferry that crosses over the River Yealm to Noss Mayo or walkers can walk across the estuary at low tide where there is a further selection of pubs and amenities. Newton Ferrers is close to an array of popular beaches and sheltered coves perfect for a day out. Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican cinema theatre and shops and the English Riviera Buckfast Abbey The Garden House are all within a short drive.
