Local restaurants nearby serving wonderful meals some operating a take away service. Alternatively take a 3 minute ferry ride across to Dartmouth with wonderful shops galleries and places to eat. There are great day trips from the doorstep and glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coastal Path. The rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic is not far away. Within a short walk you will find the steam railway station and yacht club. Returning in the evening why not enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace whilst watching the sun set over Dartmouth. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner TV and DVD. Seating around the dining table. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge freezer and washer/dryer. Outside: the property benefits from a tiered terrace with seating this is approached via steep steps but the climb is worth it for stunning panoramic river views. Amenities: nearby parking in the pay and display carpark. Bed linen towels electric central heating entrance hall with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included.
