The cottage is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts with great walking and cycling routes nearby. The immediate area offers an abundance of wildlife and is well known as a bird sanctuary. Lymington is about four miles away and has a good variety of shops for essentials or if you fancy a pub lunch The Gun at Keyhaven is within walking distance from the property. Within moments of the Solent shoreline yet still nestled in the New Forest National Park this large coastal property that s perfect for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a handy cloakroom with WC spacious living room with a dining table for relaxing dinners. The kitchen is well equipped and great for preparing feasts for the whole family. On the first floor are two bedrooms one with a double bed one with a single bed and a family bathroom. The top floor has a further two bedrooms. One bedroom has two low single beds set in an L shape along the walls with sloping ceilings the final bedroom has one single bed. The top floor also features a shower room with shower and WC. Outside is a rear patio with furniture and a bike store. Parking for two cars is available or if you are hitting the open water space for one car and a small boat trailer. Additional parking can be found at the public car park a short stroll away. If you wish to bring your furry family member along on your holidays one dog over two years of age is welcome two small dogs may be accepted on request.
