This stylish cottage is the perfect romantic getaway, perfectly combining beachside chill with a touch of urban style. Downstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen area with a deep set sofa and flat screen TV. A generous amount of space is available throughout considering the petite nature of this cosy cottage. Upstairs the main bedroom has a custom built super king bed, small built-in wardrobe and another flat screen TV. Next door in the dressing room there is further storage and a stainless steel, six foot long custom built desk. The ceiling has been opened right up to the rafters upstairs to create an open space. St Ives itself has no fewer than five fantastic beaches including Porthmeor, Porthgwidden and Porthminster, which for a town that you can walk across in less than 20 minutes is something in itself. Pale sands, turquoise water and some of the best surf around ensure that St Ives is consistently considered one of the most beautiful (and in the winter fabulously raw) destinations in the UK. For those of you keen to get out and explore more of the surrounding countryside, the local area has some great walking and hiking trails.
