This 200 year old cottage, with 3 bedrooms, living room and spacious kitchen/diner is conveniently situated in a quiet lane close to the quay and shops. Sensitively modernised, it retains features such as beams throughout and 2 open fireplaces, one equipped with wood burner.
The Cottage offers 1 double bedroom, with en-suite toilet and wash basin, 1 twin bedroom, which can be made in to a kingsize bed, There is a DVD in this room, 1 bunk bedroom.
Downstairs the living room has a wood-burning stove, plus BT TV and a DVD. There is free WiFi in the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has been refurbished using traditional fittings including a gas range cooker and Belfast sink.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, with bath, wash basin and toilet. There is an extra room off the entrance hall, which can act as a reading room, play area or store room.
Outside, there is a paved area where you can sit in warm weather.
