29 Gibson Approach is a detached, single-storey timber lodge situated on the edge of the water ski lake at Tattershall Lakes Country Park. This cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, both with TVs and one of which has an en-suite shower room. The cottage also has a separate bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a decked veranda with hot tub, furniture and BBQ, plus on the site, there's access to watersports, an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, spa, shop and restaurant. 29 Gibson Approach is a lovely base for a family with plenty to do on-site, plus Lincoln is less than a half an hour's drive away.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is situated between the Fens and the Wolds and offers woodlands, lakes, watersports, course fishing, an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, spa, shop and a pub/restaurant. The National Trust owned Tattershall Castle is nearby and further afield are Belovir Castle, Burghley House and Belton House, as well as the city of Lincoln.
