	These two absolutely enchanting adjoining mill buildings, converted to superb contemporary standards and beautifully furnished with considerable style, still preserve their proud Grade II listed mill heritage. Original beams and some of the old grain machinery can still be seen, along with the restored water wheel outside. Set near Tissington Ford in an area of glorious scenic beauty at the heart of the Peak District National Park, they lie between the villages of Tissington, Parwich and Bradbourne and 5 miles from the charming town of Ashbourne, with its twice weekly markets and independent shops (including vintage). Locally, there is excellent walking and cycling on traffic free trails, pony trekking is available less than a mile away and Carsington Lake's water sports and fishing are 4 miles. Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Sudbury Hall (N.T.) and Crich Tramway museum are within 15 miles. Pretty villages close by boast welcoming inns and tea rooms, and a pub and shop are 1~##~#188; miles.
