Madge | Augusta and Bennett are situated in Augusta Street which is located in a quiet conservation area nestling between the town centre and sea, yet all the shops and amenities are but a few hundred metres away. Both properties were built around 1870 by three brothers from a fishing family and have changed little in appearance since that time. The properties benefit from extensive refurbishment and boast gas fired central heating and double glazing. Colourful gardens front and back with cycle storage. Bennett has seaviews from rear bedrooms.
Sheringham with its mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture, European Blue Flag beach guaranteeing excellent water quality and life guards for safe swimming, the Golf Course offering a top quality links course, and the famous North Norfolk Steam Railway which features in a number of period films all combine with many other attractions to help create the perfect place for a family holiday. You can relax on the beach, take a picturesque steam train ride to the Georgian town of Holt, the last mile of the Journey is on a horse drawn cart or walk along the breathtaking coastal path to Weybourne and beyond. With all the above activities within walking distance.
