	2 Cottages - We have two lovely houses on the edge of this much sought-after hamlet just two miles form Keswick and Lake Derwentwater, in the heart of the Lake District, offering accommodation for parties from six to twelve. ORCHARD BARN: A well converted barn that used to serve Orchard House when it was a small-holding. Sleeps up to 12 in 6 bedrooms, with 2 huges living rooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a utility room. DERWENT LEA: A modern(ish) 4 bedroomed house with huge picture windows in every room looking out on a view that has to be seen to be believed. 4 good size bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a big useful kitchen. Sleeps up to 8. Keswick is a major Lakeland centre offering all sorts of activities. Hire any kind of boat on Lake Derwentwater, enjoy walks alongside the lake or far up the fells, go to the theatre or cinema, or just browse round the excellent shops. Lots of pubs serve bar meals and welcome children. Derwent Lea offers 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 adult size bunk bedroom, bathroom with shower wc and wash basin, also seperate room with wc and wash basin, 2 living rooms, dining room, big kitchen.
