It is spacious, having one bunk bedroom and three double bedrooms, one large, with 5ft bed, and adjoins Palm Leas (E3587), with which it shares the grounds. It lies just a short stroll from shops, restaurants, an indoor swimming pool and the famous Landmark Theatre arts and entertainment complex as well as the picturesque harbour showing Damien Hirst’s statue Verity. The unique Tunnels Beaches provide bathing areas with secluded beaches and pools, accessed through tunnels quarried beneath the cliffs, whilst the pretty cove of Hele Bay is a paradise of rock pools and sandy inlets for that perfect day out. Visitors can enjoy spectacular coastal walking from the door, and both horse riding and golf are available within 1 mile as are boat trips to Lundy Island and pleasure boat and fishing excursions along the dramatic coastline.
