Mylor (7 miles) and Loe beach (3½ miles) are both popular for water sports and sailing, and the Bissoe Valley cycle trail, 1 mile away, provides cycle hire for exploring. Trelissick Gardens (N.T.) are close by whilst Trerice and Lanhydrock (both N T) and the amazing Eden Project are all about 30 minutes' drive.
