Penzance, is a quite stunning, relaxing holiday retreat, converted in 2008/2009 from a Grade II listed former historic coach house and stables to offer delightfully light, spacious and luxurious accommodation in an unrivalled location by the coast. Idyllically situated, close to the internationally renowned St Michael's Mount', in a quiet position and yet literally within a 'stones throw; from the sea and beaches 'The Old Coach House is a short walk from Marazion Centre, with its choice of shops, restaurants, pubs and causeway to 'The Mount'. The many beaches and multitude of nearby facilities, restaurants, boutique shops and galleries, walking, cycling and attractions for which the area is justifiably renowned, as well as the delightful coast, surrounding countryside, villages and towns are all within easy reach by both public transport and car. This property offers absolutely pristine, luxury accommodation with modern facilities all set within a character building. The accommodation is on one level and includes: a delightfully furnished, spacious double bedroom with King sized bed has French doors out into the courtyard, and ensuite with relaxing double ended Jacuzzi bath; a second, extremely comfortable twin room has its own second bathroom with hydro massage shower; thoughtfully arranged, open plan lounge with areas for relaxing, reading, TV viewing etc. French doors into courtyard; dining area; open plan, fully equipped kitchen.
