Terry Holt Cottage | Dating from the 17th Century Terry Holt is a loverly stone built cottage located in the coastal village of Branscombe. It is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land ideal for walking and only a ten minute stroll to the beach. This cosy and newly refurbished property in June 2008 in ideally positioned in the centre of the village opposite the popular mason Arms serving excellent food. Three National Trust properties The Old Bakery Tea House, The Manor Mill, The Old Forge and a Post Office/Convenience Store. Many picturesque coastal villages such as Beer and Sidmouth are both nearby.
