This gorgeous seaside mews cottage, totally renovated in 2013 is situated  in the popular coastal village of Hope Cove, South Devon, perfectly located for providing either a comfortable base for a relaxing beach holiday or a cosy retreat in the spring and autumn for those who enjoy bracing walks and wonderful cliff top vistas.  Arranged as reverse level, it has a sunny patio garden as well as a first floor balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening aperitif. The village centre and beaches are easily accessible and there are plenty of local activities to enjoy for both families and couples.  Salcombe is just 4 miles away and the remainder of the beautiful South Hams is on your doorstep, waiting to be explored.

Accommodation:

Hallway with stairs to light and airy living room furnished with two sofas, TV and DVD, dining table with seating for 6 and patio door to balcony with views over the village to the sea. Shelves of books and games to enjoy on rainy days. Archway to kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven under, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. Balcony furnished with table and chairs. Ground floor: Pretty double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and fitted wardrobe. Second bedroom with two 3ft beds, (can be pushed together to form a double), two 3ft bunk beds and en suite shower room with WC. Family bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand basin and WC.

Please note this property is most suitable for a maximum of 4 adults, plus 2 children if fully occupied.

Outside:

Enclosed patio with shrub borders, picnic table and chairs and sun loungers.

Parking: For one car in designated space plus visitors space.
